Technique --- TUBULAR PETYOTE STITCH

 

MATERIAL

 

Materials Indicate here are for one earrings, need two sets of to make a pair.

#15 beads--- assorted color (option - mixed #318L, #648, #F648, #2196), color decision is your choice

#11 beads --- match to #15. 1 dark gold for mouth

Flat beads --- 2 bead for eyes, 4mm Dark Gold flat beads

Small flower bead --- 1 decorate top of head

Small long carved drops --- 6 for arms

Small fish --- 2 for long tentacles

(If not available, use small long curved drops)

#12 beading needle

NYMO B (bobbin) thread  --- matches bead color

Ear findings --- 2 with rings for hanging earrings

 

ATTENTION

This is even number Tubular Peyote Stitch; there is step up at the end of each round, see General information Diagram c, Page 1.

Avoid irregular beads.

Put glue on each square knot.

 

PREPARATION

NYMO B (bobbin) thread cut 120” long, through #12 needles, double and wax it.
